I hope they were more influenced by Dio.
Obviously, they are influenced by Dio and Metallica, but their original music has their own classic sound. You can certainly hear the great bands of the 80's in their style with awesome lead guitar shredding, foot stomping bass lines, rhythmic keyboards, drum beats that penetrate your soul and last but not least amazing vocals and great lyrics.
